New Belgian Beltex boys join the Chiltern team

Adding to our love of Belgian-bred stock, we’re so glad to now announce the safe arrival of two new Beltex stock tups imported from Belgium.

The first to join us is the current Belgian National champion. 4220-0519 Grotesk V/D Drie Musschen, bred by Wilfred Depuydt and purchased from the Schillewaert family. He’s by 4218-0161 and we’ve already been greatly impressed by his progeny so we can’t wait to see what he produces at Chiltern.

The other tup to join us is 0700. Bred by Jan Jonckheere, he’s by 6333-28034 and has a superb carcass with great Beltex character. We look forward to updating you at lambing time with what his lambs are like.
